How do I find my size?
Don't worry, we've got you covered! We have a SIZE GUIDE super detailed to choose the perfect one for you.
If you are between two sizes, choose the slightly smaller one. Our nails fit well with the natural shape of the nail.
How do you apply and remove them?

How long do your press-on nails last?
Temporary use: 3-5 days (with adhesive tabs).
Long-term use: Up to 3 weeks (with glue or adhesive gel, if applied correctly).
Attention: The duration may vary due to contact with water, type of daily activity, etc.
Can I reuse your press-on nails?
Of course yes!
Our nails are made with lots of love and care❤️ , so you can reuse them multiple times.
With a little care in applying and removing them, they can last over time and accompany you many times.
Are your nails vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely yes!
We love animals and are committed to being 100% vegan and cruelty-free . We do not test on animals and do not use animal-derived ingredients. We only work with suppliers who share our ethical values.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Italy and major European countries.
Unfortunately we don't ship outside of Europe yet, but we're working on it!
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Delivery times: within 24/48 working hours in most cases
Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day
⚠️ During holidays or in case of extraordinary events (strikes, bad weather), delivery may take up to 3-4 working days

Why is my tracking not updating?
Sometimes tracking systems may experience delays.
We ask for your patience, but if you need help, our customer service is here for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, it is possible to modify or cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped .
If you have made a mistake or changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@blubellanails.com with your order number.
We will do our best to help you!
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link .
Simply click on the link to check where your package is at any time.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange an order?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, only if the product has not been used, worn or damaged , and if it is returned in its original and intact packaging.
🚫 For hygiene reasons , we cannot accept returns of nails that have already been applied or tried on .
Who pays the return costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part.
How can I request a return?
Email us at hello@blubellanails.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
